• Shipping is currently available within the United States
• We ship via USPS, with USPS priority mail
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in our handcrafted ceramics and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's our return policy:

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging
• Custom orders are non-refundable
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is damaged or defective
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
